Job summary

IBM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Applied AI Specialist to design, implement, and manage AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, platform, engineering, and business units to deliver scalable AI-enabled operations. You will translate business needs into AI capabilities, integrate AI agents with observability and monitoring platforms, and continuously optimize model performance and reliability.
