Job summary

Axcellence Consulting in Penang, Malaysia seeks engineers to support production, improve processes, and drive NPI initiatives. You will troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and document procedures while collaborating with Quality, R&D, and other teams to achieve manufacturing goals.

The role requires a degree in engineering and 2+ years for engineers or 5+ years for senior engineers, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 2 years of experience for Engineer level in engineering/technical roles.
• 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Engineer in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for production, equipment, process improvement, or NPI.

• Senior Engineer: Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
