As a Technical Sales at FILPAL (M) SDN BHD, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by combining technical expertise with effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for understanding the technical aspects of the company's products or services and effectively communicating their value to customers, leads and distributors. Your role involves collaborating with the team to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise, Company Values & Offerings:
- Develop a deep understanding of FILPAL's products and services, staying updated on technical specifications, features, and industry trends.
- Promote FILPAL's values and offerings, including RF Turnkey Solutions, RF Talent Development Program, Software Solufions, Equipment Distribution, and collaborafions with universities.
Sales Strategy, Proposal Development, Market Analysis, Sales Targets, Internal Meetings:
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies, positioning FlLPAL's technical capabilities as a competitive advantage.
- Work with the sales and technical teams to create detailed and customized proposals, addressing customer needs and specifications.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to contribute insights for business development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets, ensuring a balance between technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Participate in weekly internal meetings to provide updates and insights, fostering effective communication within the team.
- Engage with global distributors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for product promotion and sales.
- Proactively follow up with customers, leads and distributors, emphasizing company strengths, solutions, and updates, tailoring content for effective communication.
- Follow up on leads, opportunities, and inquiries, ensuring personalized and effective communication.
- eClient Engagement, Customer Support, Survey and Feedback
- Build and maintain strong relafionships with customers by understanding their technical requirements and proposing solutions that align with FILPAL's offerings.
- Provide technical support to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Send customer survey forms and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Product Presentations:
- Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Training and Demos
- Schedule custom product demos, training sessions, and potential activities for leads, customers,
- or distributors as requested and/or suggested.
Quotation and Order Processing:
- Assist in generating quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and tabulating Purchase Orders (PO), and follow up with customers and distributors for payment schedule.
- Tabulate and document leads, ensuring accurate records and comprehensive information for
- analysis.
- Manage NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) with Customer, Leads and Distributor as well as Authorization Letters with global distributors to facilitate secure collaborations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Engineering, RF, Electronics, Computer Science, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and market trends.
