Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Technical Lead to advance security across identity platforms and services. The role focuses on delivering secure access to enterprise resources and supporting PAM, encryption, and identity governance with a 24/7 operational model.

As a technical lead, you will coordinate across IAM teams, manage incidents, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with security standards while mentoring engineers and aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management with deep expertise in PAM, encryption, secrets management, and identity governance.
• 5+ years experience in CyberArk, Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, and SailPoint IIQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 IAM services delivery and support, focusing on PAM, encryption and identity governance.
• Coach and develop a high-performing identity operation team.
• Drive incident management, change management and problem resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure system health, patching, and proactive maintenance of IAM platforms.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide regular status updates to management.
• Collaborate with operations, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities and allocate resources.
