Job summary

Alliance Bank seeks a Technical Lead for AI Lending Systems (IT Application Support) to drive end-to-end solution design and integration across loan origination workflows. You will lead AI-enabled lending initiatives and coordinate with enterprise and platform teams to ensure architectural alignment.

You will manage cloud/API-driven integrations between AI platforms and loan origination systems, contribute to SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support, and own productionisation of AI

Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination systems or lending domain.
• Hands-on experience in API integration / middleware / microservices architecture.
• Cloud-based systems or distributed architecture.
• Exposure to AI/ML projects (implementation/integration level).
• Experience in SDLC, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Familiarity with regulatory/reporting systems (e.g. CCRIS).

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead for AI-enabled lending initiatives.

• Coordinate with EA, GDT, ITPM, GCISM and platform/network teams.
• Oversee cloud/API-driven integration between AI platforms, AOS/RLOS and external systems.
• Lead SDLC activities, SIT/UAT, deployment and post-deployment validation.
• Own productionisation of AI capabilities and BAU operations in cloud environments.
• Provide first-level technical and integration support; investigate issues.

Technical Lead, AI Lending Systems (IT Application Support)

A. Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture

Act as Technical Lead for AI-enabled lending initiatives

Responsible for end-to-end solution design and integration architecture

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and system design principles

Work closely with EA, GDT, ITPM, GCISM, platform and network teams to:

Define and refine solution architecture

Support architecture discussions and technical alignment

Serve as domain expert across the loan origination lifecycle, including:

• Customer onboarding
• Credit assessment and decisioning
• Loan processing workflows
• Regulatory reporting (e.g. CCRIS)

Ensure consistent design and integration across AOS and RLOS platforms

Translate AI outputs into practical system workflows and decision points

C. System Integration & Technical Enablement

Manage and support the integration in a cloud/API-driven architecture, between:

• AI platforms/agents
• Loan origination systems - AOS & RLOS
• External systems - for e.g. CTOS, CCRIS

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability

D. SDLC, Release & Change Management

Support full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):

• Requirement analysis and solution design
• SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Production deployment and post-deployment validation

Manage release and deployment activities in compliance with governance & change procedures:

• Ensure complete documentation and stakeholders sign off
• Obtain downtime approvals from business stakeholders and regulatory (if required)
• Provide technical inputs for System Acceptance Checklist (SAC) completion
• Presentation to Change Request Committee (CRC) for approvals
• Execution of deployment and rollback plans

E. Take ownership of productionisation of AI capabilities, including:

Transition from Pilot -> Production deployment

Support BAU operations in a cloud/hyperscale environment:

• Monitoring integrations and workflow executions
• Managing incidents, defects, and service disruptions
• Coordinating fixes/issue resolution with vendors, business stakeholders & GDT

F. Production support & operational activities

Provide first-level technical and integration support

Perform issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination

Support operational technical activities, such as:

• Data correction / data patching
• System parameter configuration
• Extraction of Application / system logs for troubleshooting

REQUIREMENT

Experience in loan origination systems or lending domain

Hands-on experience in:

• API integration / middleware / microservices architecture
• Cloud-based systems or distributed architecture

Exposure to AI/ML projects (implementation/integration level)

Experience in SDLC, UAT, deployment, and production support
