Job summary

TEAM LEWIS is seeking a Senior Lead Developer / Technical Lead to set the technical direction, build governance, and lead a lean, high-impact engineering team as we scale our product development in APAC and beyond.

You will supervise full-stack delivery, drive secure engineering practices, and deliver LLM-enabled features with scalable architectures, APIs, and robust metrics. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leader with a builder’s mindset and strong governance.
• Proven full-stack delivery experience using Next.js/React and TypeScript.
• Ownership of architecture and delivery across multiple projects/products.
• Experience establishing secure foundations and incident remediation.
• Ability to translate decisions for non-technical leaders and manage stakeholders.
• Experience delivering LLM-enabled features with cost, quality and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and governance for multi-market delivery.
• Define technical direction across front-end, back-end, integrations and deployment.
• Establish secure SDLC practices and responsive, accessible experiences.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, and runbooks; reduce operational toil.
• Guide design and delivery of LLM-enabled features with guardrails.
