Job summary

You will support customers with specialized knowledge of products and applications, and build ongoing relationships with clients and sales staff focused on technical solutions. You will follow standard procedures, perform simple installations, maintenance, and repair tasks under supervision, handle basic customer questions, and ensure compliance with quality

Qualifications

• Relevant technical experience and product training completed.
• Ability to explain product features to customers.
• Experience with installations and basic repairs under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate basic product features using predefined scripts.
• Provide basic product/service information and answer customer questions.
• Carry out simple installation tasks under close supervision.
• Carry out simple maintenance and repair tasks under supervision.
• Respond to basic customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow mandatory procedures for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Make calls to allocated customers to establish contact and build rapport.
• Interview the customer to clarify requirements per sales script.
• Organize daily work schedule as priorities change.
• Follow health, safety, and environment instructions.
• Develop skills through training and coaching.
