Job summary

PLUS Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Technical Executive to lead Traffic Safety and Enforcement operations across the PLUSRonda section. The role emphasizes reducing toll violations, ensuring SOP compliance and coordinating with police and other agencies for joint enforcement efforts.

The position also involves managing assets, vehicles and inventory, overseeing risk and BCM/QMS requirements, and driving community safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Traffic Safety and Enforcement operations to reduce toll violations, unsafe driving behaviour and illegal activities.
• Plan and monitor monthly enforcement activities, inspections and spot checks to ensure SOPs compliance.
• Coordinate with Police, JPJ, MHA, local authorities on joint operations, investigations and enforcement matters.
• Manage section-level fixed assets, vehicles, equipment and inventory, including maintenance and PR/PO processes.
• Monitor risk, compliance, BCM and QMS requirements, including risk mitigation and ISO 9001 audit activities.
• Coordinate traffic safety awareness, CSR and community engagement programmes within the section.
• Manage PLUSRonda manpower, including staffing, leave, overtime, performance management and workforce planning.
• Verify overtime and manpower-related submissions to ensure compliance with roster schedules, operational requirements and regulations.
• Support recruitment activities for PLUSRonda, including interview panels, recruitment coordination and documentation.
• Consolidate and monitor performance management data and operational reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely reporting.

Job description

To lead and manage section-level Traffic Safety and Enforcement operations, ensuring effective enforcement activities, compliance with SOPs, and coordination with relevant enforcement agencies. The role also oversees risk, asset, manpower and resource management to ensure safe, efficient and compliant PLUSRonda operations. The position is responsible for monitoring operational performance, supporting recruitment and manpower planning, managing reporting and performance data, and coordinating safety awareness and community engagement initiatives within the section.
