Your Role
ThisTechnical Delivery Manager (TDM) roleis responsible for leading the successful execution of complex technology initiatives across cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and stakeholder coordination to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
What are you expected to do ( Responsbilities )
Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across cloud, AI, data, and enterprise platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, DevOps, and product managers.
Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Track progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Communicate status updates and delivery metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Support onboarding and coordination of external vendors or offshore teams.
What qualifies you for the role ( Requirements )
Proven experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management, with the ability to lead end-to-end technology delivery and transformation initiatives.
Open to candidates transitioning into a Delivery Manager role, with approximately 8-10 years of overall experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Experience in speech transformation technologies, including speech-to-text, voice-to-text conversion, conversational AI, chatbots, speech analytics, and related AI-driven solutions.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software engineering best practices, and DevOps methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including modern infrastructure and deployment practices.
Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, automation, and digital transformation programs.
Experience working in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, with awareness of security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking tools.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Azure certifications are advantageous.
