Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical thinking and communication in English.
• Experience in technology and transformation in consulting or banking environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support the functional/stream lead in end-to-end platform implementation across modules with focus on technical execution.
• Develop knowledge of platform parameterization, configuration frameworks, and rule engines in core banking modules.
• Build and support system integrations using APIs, messaging, or file-based interfaces; assist with interface mapping and performance tuning.
• Assist in defining data migration strategies including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Configure system parameters and components to align with design and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing, prepare data, analyze defects, and support resolution.
• Collaborate with global network on large-scale transformational programs.
