Accenture Southeast Asia's Banking Practice seeks a seasoned consultant to partner with banks and payment providers, driving business model innovation and transformative programs within a distributed Global Network. You will analyze client problems, define operating models, gather insights, translate requirements into user stories, and help manage delivery plans, risks, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or analytics firms for banks or financial services.
• Experience in Core Banking, Corporate/Commercial banking, Payments, Transaction Banking and trade finance across strategy and roadmap design, operating model, process design, business analysis would be an advantage.
• Experience across at least one of retail banking, transaction banking, trade and supply chain finance and corporate lending.
• Experience in banking solutions such as Finacle, Temenos, Avaloq, Fiserv or treasury and trading systems like Murex, Calypso, Finastra etc.
• Exposure to credit, loans, sovereign lending would be an added advantage and experience with solutions such as LoanIQ, nCino, Cassiopae, Intellect LOS, Finacle/ Flexcube is a plus.
• Prior Experience as a Business Analyst and/or in a project-management capacity on data, AI, or banking related transformation programmes would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with software delivery (Scrum / SDLC); relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus

Responsabilités

• Work closely with clients on complex problems and leverage domain knowledge to help them achieve goals.
• Conduct analyses to determine best path for solving business problems including operating models, processes, and technology transformations.
• Gather facts via research, interviews, and surveys to analyze processes and pain points, draw conclusions, and prepare reports.
• Evaluate costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and implement plans.
• Drive program governance and cross-workstream activities and manage delivery milestones.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize functional requirements, translating to user stories and data mappings.
• Partner with Product Owners to define scope, maintain backlogs, write acceptance criteria, and support UAT.
• Build and maintain sprint plans, delivery roadmaps, and RAID logs; report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across client teams and vendors to keep delivery on track.
