Job summary

Devloit in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT/software projects from planning through delivery. You will ensure on-time, on-budget execution while aligning with stakeholders and quality standards.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA, manage risks, track progress with Jira/MS Project/Asana, and drive best practices across the project lifecycle. PMP/Scrum Master certification is a plus, with strong Agile/Scrum and Waterfall knowledge.

Qualifications

• X+ years of experience in project management (IT/software/tech preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
• PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, etc.)
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
• Communicate project status to clients and leadership
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
