What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Delivery Management: Lead sprint planning, manage the development backlog using modern project management tools, and ensure high stability with low rollback and hotfix rates.
• Code Quality: Enforce strict code review standards and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ecosystem developers.
• Architecture Execution: Lead the implementation of protocol-level features including advanced account management systems and automated compliance frameworks.
• 7+ years in Software Engineering; 2+ years in a leadership or senior mentorship role.
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++ and strong knowledge of the EVM.
• Experience with DevOps automation (CI/CD) and containerized deployments (Docker/K8s).
