Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Ipoh, Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented ESD Technician to perform inspections, monitor controls, and ensure proper use of ESD PPE in production areas.

The role supports the qualification of new production areas and equipment, maintains inspection records, and assists audits to uphold quality standards. You will contribute to a stable, compliant electronics manufacturing environment by monitoring procedures, reporting non-conformances, and aiding engineers in troubleshooting ESD

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of ESD control and electronic manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ESD equipment and monitoring systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and support production activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine ESD inspections and audits at production areas.
