Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Backend/Full-Stack Developer to design and deliver scalable application solutions supporting Ops systems. You will develop AIAS enhancements, provide production support and maintain code quality through reviews and testing.

Required 3–5 years with .NET Core or Node.js, React frontend, MSSQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Strong CI/CD, version control and security practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
3–5 years backend development experience with .NET Core or Node.js.
Frontend experience with React and strong SQL performance tuning.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver AIAS enhancements within scope, timeline and budget.
Provide production support, resolve incidents and ensure high system availability.
Maintain code quality through testing, reviews and best practices.
Manage security and compliance by remediating vulnerabilities.
Drive automation, test coverage, and reduce technical debt.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery and operations.
