Job summary

Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking a retail/F&B team member in Sabah to ensure tea SOPs are followed and outlets stay clean. The role requires attention to freshness of ingredients and cooperation with the supervisor for additional duties. Must be able to work OT, weekends and public holidays.

Candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, and able to communicate in Malay and English or Mandarin. Fresh and relevant F&B or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage preferred.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English or Mandarin.
• Willing to work OT, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the standard operating procedures are followed while making tea.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all outlets.
• Ensure that the material and fruit are fresh and without damage.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Able to communicate in Malay and English or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
