Job summary

Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking motivated staff for our Penang outlets to maintain tea SOPs, uphold cleanliness, and manage fresh ingredients. The role requires reliability, discipline, and good teamwork in a fast-paced F&B retail environment.

Candidates should be comfortable with Malay, English, or Mandarin communication. Fresh retail/F&B experience is preferred, with opportunities for training, incentives, and staff discounts as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Willing to work OT, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Hardworking, responsible and disciplined individual.
• Open to all Malaysians.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English or Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the standard of procedure are following while making tea.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
• Ensure that the material and fruit is fresh and without damage.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
