Job summary

Beutea Malaysia is hiring for roles across its Johor Bahru outlets, offering fulltime and part-time positions in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment. Successful candidates will assist in food preparation, ensure outlet cleanliness, and monitor stock and equipment.

You will also handle cashier duties and guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor. We value reliability, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage will be preferred.
• Possess Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).

• Follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
• Responsible for monitoring stock balance, product freshness, and date validity.
• Properly handle, clean, and maintain all machines and equipment in good working condition.
• Serve customer politely, professionally, and with respect at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Accurately perform all cashier transactions and may be required to handle daily bank-in in accordance with company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
