Drive branch-level sales strategies and promotional initiatives to grow customer portfolios. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities. Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer-centricity, compliance, and operational excellence. Collaborate with licensed specialists to ensure seamless customer referrals and product fulfillment. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards. Act as a role model in delivering exceptional customer experiences and deepening relationships.
