About the Role

Taylor's International School Puchong is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team from January 2027.

We are looking for an educator who enjoys creating engaging, purposeful learning experiences and understands how continuous provision can support young children's independence, curiosity and development.

What You’ll Do

Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that support children's individual needs and interests.

Create and manage a stimulating continuous provision environment that encourages independence, exploration and child-initiated learning.

Plan lessons, schemes of work and enhancements to support learning and development.

Use technology and creative approaches to enhance learning and document children's progress.

Observe, assess and monitor children's development and provide regular feedback.

Support children's social, emotional and personal development, including their well-being.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the Early Years Centre.

Contribute to school activities, events and the wider school community.

What We’re Looking For

A Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Education or a related field.

At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school environment.

Practical experience implementing continuous provision in an Early Years setting.

Experience working in an international school is an advantage.

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.

A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
