Jora Malaysia invites applications for a Teacher Assistant position at Sutera in Johor Bahru. You will support teachers, help prepare lesson materials, ensure classroom safety, and assist with daily routines and parent communications.

The role emphasizes nurturing young learners, managing activities, and contributing to a positive learning environment within a preschool setting. You will collaborate with teachers and staff to implement development activities and report progress to parents.

Responsibilities

• To ensure children’s safety in class or in the Preschool’s compound.
• To assist teacher in preparing lessons plan and teaching materials in advance, e.g. flash cards, Charts and Concrete Materials for each topic / lesson.
• To ensure children's discipline in the classroom during lesson time.
• Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers
• To carry out daily duty assigned by Principal.
• To maintain good relationship with parents and colleague.
• Involved in every activity in child development program.
• Record daily activities and student response in the logbook if any.
• Communicate and present progress report to parents.
• Maintain good relationship with kids / parents / healthcare service provider / public.
• Actively involved in company Projects;
• Participate in any company events including seminar, workshop and monthly meeting.
• Any other duties assigned by the management
