Job summary

Sip Culture Sdn Bhd is hiring a Tea Maker to prepare and serve a variety of tea, coffee, and fruit-based beverages to customers in Kuala Lumpur. You will take orders, make recommendations, and ensure a welcoming service experience.

In addition, you will keep the cafe clean and organized, monitor inventory, handle cash transactions, and uphold all food safety standards. This role may involve opening and closing duties as needed.

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea/coffee and fruit-based beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tea/coffee machines, counters, and seating areas.
• Manage inventory of tea/coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report low stock levels.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
