Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance/Accounts with 15 years of education (as stated)
• 3 years of experience in Indirect tax / Direct tax of any country
• Good knowledge of APAC country Income Tax laws and tax concepts
• Experience in CA firm or outsourcing firm preferred
• Ability to work in a team to prepare accurate tax returns in a timely manner
• Strong research skills and ability to use online resources to find answers
• Active team player with good communication skills
• Fluency in English, good business awareness, teamwork, adaptability, time management

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day Tax activities with required speed and accuracy across various Tax process such as VAT, Sales Tax and others
• Identify and execute transformation projects
• Act as a knowledge manager
• Ensure quality of the deliverables and adhering to SLAs
• Problem solving skills
• Understanding of the relevant Tax Processes
• Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes
• ensure timely and accurate submission of tax fillings
• Stay updated with changes on tax rules and regulation; and assist manager to assess business impact.
• Deliver as per agreed timelines

Experience and Qualification:

• University graduates in Finance/Accounts with a minimum 15 years of education
