Job summary

Acclime is seeking a detail-oriented graduate to join its tax team in Malaysia. You will prepare tax computations, returns and compliance documents for a portfolio of clients, while assisting with corporate and individual tax matters under supervision.

The role offers exposure to tax advisory work, risk assessment, and research in a dynamic environment. Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant tax, accounting or finance experience are encouraged to apply, with strong MS Office skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; professional qualification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax computations, returns and related compliance documents for a client portfolio.
• Assist in managing corporate and individual tax compliance matters to ensure timely submissions.
• Support tax advisory assignments under supervision of seniors and managers.
• Conduct tax research and analyse regulatory changes affecting clients.
• Collaborate with team to meet timelines and service standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field, and/or a professional accounting qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
