Job summary

BIG APPLE WORLDWIDE SDN BHD is seeking an experienced early childhood leader to head its Taska Program across all centers. You will own curriculum, lead teacher training, and ensure quality standards from HQ for ages 2-4.

You will standardize lesson plans, plan training sessions, and oversee timetables and events while coordinating with center principals to maintain nationwide quality. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 5 years in preschool/taska leadership or curriculum development.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and standardize lesson plans/materials across all centers.
• Plan and run teacher training.
• Oversee class timetables, school events, and activities.
• Manage teaching & learning materials and the fee structure.
• Work with center principals to keep quality consistent nationwide.
