Job summary

Ten Toes Academy Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an organized coordinator to support the District Manager by monitoring learning progress and teaching progress across all subjects at Ten Toes Child Care Old Klang Road.

The role covers administration, marketing, briefing, planning, cost control, talent development, staff motivation, and reporting for HQ. You will participate in EP training and help ensure smooth daily operations and a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating learning progress and teaching progress for all subjects, including textbooks, exercises, and training tasks.
• Administration: phone/enquiry handling, parent complaints, filing of documents, memo coordination, attendance tracking for pupils and EIs, fee collection, petty cash management.
• Marketing: manage pupil enrolment progress, present Ten Toes 5E programme to parents, plan events, and procure materials.
• Briefing: assist in EI recruitment, define tasks for other EIs, briefing on job responsibilities and daily progress.
• Planning: assist in activities planning, coordination, and execution as needed.
• Controlling: follow cost control guidelines and monitor pupil discipline and daily activities within the centre.
• Talent development: support pupil participation in talent competitions.
• Motivating: foster a motivating environment with a positive mindset and staff engagement.
• Organising: manage time and assign the right person to the right job.
• Setting an example: act as a role model to EIs and pupils.
• Attend EP training programmes scheduled by Ten Toes HQ.
• Meeting & reporting: attend HQ meetings and prepare monthly reports and appraisal forms; chair weekly meetings.
• Training: plan and schedule internal and external training for EI.
• Location: Ten Toes Child Care Old Klang Road.
