Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, Talent Management to lead the design, enhancement, and governance of the organisation-wide Talent Management Framework.

You will align talent initiatives with business objectives and transformation, oversee succession planning, talent reviews, and capability-building strategies. You will also lead HR analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management with HRBPs, BU Heads, and SMEs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent management, organisational development or related fields.
• Implemented end-to-end talent initiatives across multiple job grades.
• Strong stakeholder management and continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern Talent Management Framework.
• Align talent initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee succession planning and workforce strategy.
• Lead learning strategy and capability building.
• Provide HR analytics dashboards and insights.
• Stakeholder collaboration with HRBPs, BU Heads, SMEs.
• Lead and coach a team of talent specialists.
