Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR Management, HR Development, Education/Training & Development, Business Admin or related field.
• Video editing and content creation skills.
• Creativity and basic graphic design abilities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create learning videos and digital learning content.
• Edit videos, including subtitles, graphics, animations, and voiceovers.
• Transform training materials, PDFs, and presentations into engaging video-based learning content.
• Contribute ideas for learning campaigns and employee engagement activities.
• Support Talent Development administrative tasks.
