Job summary

OKX is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our global team in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on Compliance Ops / Global Business Services. You will develop sourcing strategies, own end-to-end recruitment, and partner with stakeholders to build a strong APAC talent pipeline.

You will collaborate with multinational stakeholders, using English and Mandarin to drive recruitment outcomes while promoting our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting for Compliance Ops / Global Business Services positions, showing ownership of requisitions from initiation to completion.
• Proven ability to take initiative, achieve goals, and manage multiple demands across teams and projects.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate hiring metrics and improve pipeline quality.
• Proficiency in English and business-level Mandarin, collaborating with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as advisor to stakeholders and hiring managers in Compliance Ops / Global Business Services, as SME for APAC talent market.
• Devise innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a robust pipeline for Compliance Ops / Global Business Services roles.
• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Drive internal and external promotion of Employer Brand.
• Conduct market and industry mapping for assigned portfolios.

What You'll Be Doing

• Devise innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a robust pipeline for Compliance Ops / Global Business Services roles
• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Drive the internal and external promotion of our Employer Brand
• Conduct thorough market and industry mapping for the assigned portfolios

What We Look For In You

• Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting for Compliance Ops / Global Business Services positions, showcasing ownership of requisitions from initiation to completion
• Proven ability to take initiative, achieve goals, and effectively manage multiple demands across different sales teams and projects
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate key hiring metrics, proposing actionable solutions to enhance the candidate experience and improve pipeline quality
• Proficiency in English and business-level Mandarin, as the role involves collaboration with global, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with an ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace
