Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager to lead university recruiting and early-career programs in Malaysia.

You will build strategic university partnerships, strengthen intern and graduate talent pipelines, and deliver campus programs aligned with Keysight's workforce needs. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and experience working with Malaysian universities to create measurable, high-quality pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in university recruiting, Talent Acquisition and early-career programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience recruiting STEM talent and using recruiting/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Malaysia campus recruiting strategy.
• Build partnerships with Tier 1 universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, government and other educational partners.
• Manage end-to-end internship and graduate hiring programs.
• Forecast early-career hiring needs with TA, HR and leaders.
• Plan campus career fairs, recruiting events and employer-branding activities.
• Strengthen Keysight's position as a graduate employer of choice in Malaysia.
• Manage program calendars, milestones and activities across multiple universities and hiring cycles.
• Track and report key outcomes including hiring activity, intern/graduate intake, conversion and program effectiveness.
• Continuously improve campus programs based on business needs and feedback.
• Ensure programs comply with Malaysian employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager to lead our university recruiting and early-career programs in Malaysia. This role will build strategic university partnerships, strengthen our intern and graduate talent pipelines, and deliver campus programs aligned with Keysight's workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Keysight's Malaysia campus recruiting strategy aligned with business and workforce plans.
• Build strategic partnerships with Tier 1 universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, government and other educational partners.
• Manage end-to-end internship and graduate hiring programs, including candidate attraction, recruiting, selection, onboarding and intern conversion.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and business leaders to forecast early-career hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
• Plan and execute campus career fairs, recruiting events, student engagement programs and employer-branding activities.
• Strengthen Keysight's position as a graduate employer of choice in Malaysia.
• Manage program calendars, milestones and activities across multiple universities and hiring cycles.
• Track and report key outcomes including hiring activity, intern/graduate intake, conversion and program effectiveness.
• Continuously improve campus programs based on business needs, recruiting data and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure programs comply with Malaysian employment requirements and Keysight policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in university recruiting, Talent Acquisition, early-career programs, HR or related program management.
• Strong project management, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with universities and recruiting early-career talent, preferably in Malaysia.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Experience recruiting engineering or other STEM talent strongly preferred.
• Experience with recruiting/ATS systems preferred.
