Job summary

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Penang. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, prepare job postings, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide market intelligence on talent pools and salaries. Build strong internal partnerships and promote Flex culture throughout the process.

The role focuses on ensuring efficient, effective, and equitable recruitment practices while supporting our growth in Penang and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor with 5+ years of experience or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
• Good understanding of area of specialization Recruiting/source up to managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Prepare and post job advertisements in line with recruitment standards.
• Shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews.
• Provide market intelligence on talent pools and salary benchmarks.
• Build strong relationships with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
