Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes of HDD failures across development, qualification, manufacturing and field operations.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear FA summaries and test reports to engineers and management.
• Maintain documentation of test procedures and results; update failure tracking databases.
