Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a dual‑capacity Senior Security Engineer and MasterSAM SME to lead a security engineering team and own privileged access governance across the bank and regional units.

You will drive end‑to‑end PAM health, encryption, and file transfer security, align technical execution with audits, and mentor engineers to build scalable, secure platforms with strong policy controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in system security engineering/operations.
• 2+ years in technical team leadership.
• Banking/financial services background preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security engineering team and governance activities.
• Oversee PAM MasterSAM architecture and migrations.
• Enforce CIS benchmarks, code scanning, and access controls.
• Coordinate SSL, HSM, and encryption governance.
