Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in system security engineering/operations with leadership experience.
• Banking/financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security engineers, manage workload and capacity, and drive succession planning.
• Enforce RACI frameworks across IT, Platform, Security, and Service Desk teams.
• Oversee PAM (MasterSAM) architecture, access policies, and password vaulting.
• Manage OS/server hardening, encryption, SSL lifecycle, and malware scanning.
• Ensure governance, audit readiness, and regional security centralization initiatives.
• Automate workflows, monitor tool health, and drive incident response SLAs.
