Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia is seeking a System Project Manager within Global Planning & Order Management. You will drive best-in-class execution, ensuring orders are on-time to plan with high quality, efficiency and scalability.

You will coordinate across Global Operations, Global Customer Operations and the Product Group, manage risks, escalate where needed, and continuously improve processes to meet customer needs and installation timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret data for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Ensures completeness of shipment by managing shipping deviations to meet installation timeline.

The System Project Manager drives best-in-class execution, on-time to plan and high-quality, efficiency and scalability. This role ensures seamless coordination across functions, proactively manages risks, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
## What you'll do

• Executes customer orders on-time to plan (OTTP) by managing to plan milestones, risk management and driving effective escalations and action plans.
• Commits customer ship dates on behalf of Global Operations while taking calculated risks to meet customer need.
• Leads cross-functional coordination of order execution across Global Operations, Global Customer Operations & Product Group.
• Enables market share penetration and defense, and customer satisfaction through speed, responsiveness and innovation
• Oversees change management process for ILT BOM and planning changes, provides options to execute and drives actions in support of decisions
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and drives continuous improvement through role modeling structured problem solving (8D Reports, PSDMP)
• Ensures completeness of shipment by managing shipping deviations to meet customer installation timeline

Who we're looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
