Freelancing is looking for an experienced professional to integrate optical and mechanical equipment with robotic systems. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Embedded SDKs, Windows application development, and strong Linux command skills. Responsibilities

• Integration of optical and mechanical equipment and robotic systems with PC and job posting service.
• Communicate and work with equipment suppliers to understand and use their APIs for integration.
• Communicate and work with server-side engineers.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years working knowledge of the following:

• Embedded SDKs (Python, C/C++/C#)
• Windows application, file system, and file IO control development experience
• Good command of shell scripting and Linux commands

Familiarity with the following is a plus:

• Hardware interfaces such as DI/DO, I2C, RS232, RS485
• NVIDIA Cuda and development on Jetson‑based edge servers
• Optics knowledge (field‑of‑view, working distance, focal length, etc.)
• Ethernet protocol
• Able to debug system integration issues with minimal guidance

Capable of reading and writing in English. Good email and documentation skills
