Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Good project management skills within a dynamic work environment.
• Experience with Git is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and information security practices is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and incident handling.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support business application systems to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into clear functional and technical specifications aligned with organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain application programs, including system modules, APIs, and enhancements based on design requirements.
• Manage and deliver assigned projects and enhancements within agreed timelines, ensuring adherence to system development and support workflows.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring proper tracking, escalation, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and operations.
• Ensure compliance with security principles.
• Perform tasks needed by company which adhere to company policy. to ensure company’s business operation.
