Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in web development.
• Proficient in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, CSS, or modern frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience in developing and supporting enterprise applications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business users and stakeholders.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services systems will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using .NET C#.
• Participate in all SDLC stages from requirements to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and database structures.
• Identify, debug, and resolve defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
• Handle system enhancements, change requests, and production issues.
• Evaluate legacy systems and propose optimizations for performance and maintainability.
