Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Level 2 Application Support/Full Stack Developer in Malaysia to investigate incidents, develop front-end and back-end components, and translate user needs into technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, write clean code, test, and deploy applications with robust documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on software development, experience with SQL/NoSQL, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 Application Support, investigating and resolving application incidents and technical issues.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications based on business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop both front-end and back-end components of applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, existing systems, and third-party services.
• Use version control tools such as Git to manage and collaborate on code.
• Support application deployment, monitor performance, and resolve production issues.
• Maintain appropriate technical and system documentation.
