Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a Sustainability Executive to support the Group's sustainability agenda, contribute to climate strategy execution, ESG data management, and regulatory-aligned reporting.

This role offers cross-functional collaboration opportunity, hands-on experience on sustainability, multi-sector exposure (Construction, Property, Industry and Infrastructure) and opportunity working with experienced multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental or related engagements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Coursework/projects or certifications related to sustainability or environment science is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and enhancement of the Group's Sustainability Strategy, including the Sustainability Roadmap and Climate Strategy.
• Track progress against sustainability targets and flag gaps or risks to stakeholders.
• Assist in sustainability-related capacity building and training across the Group.
