Job summary

WCT Holdings in Malaysia (Selangor) is seeking a motivated Sustainability professional to support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's ESG strategy. You will coordinate data collection, validation and analysis of ESG KPIs across divisions to ensure accurate and timely disclosures.

You will assist in preparing the Group's sustainability statements in line with Bursa Malaysia, IFRS S1/S2 and GRI standards, and engage stakeholders through materiality assessments, workshops and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, Environmental Science or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, sustainability reporting, environmental management or a related field.
• Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting requirements, IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI Standards and greenhouse gas accounting.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good report-writing, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's sustainability strategy, targets, policies and action plans in collaboration with the relevant business divisions and function.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, analysis and tracking of sustainability data and ESG KPIs to ensure accurate, complete and timely.
• Support the preparation of the Group's sustainability Statement and sustainability disclosures in accordance with Bursa Malaysia requirements, NSRF, IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI Standards and other applicable requirements.
• Work with business divisions and corporate functions to monitor sustainability performance and support initiatives relating to environmental, social and sustainable supply chain initiatives.
• Coordinate supporting documents and data for internal reviews and external assurance and maintain appropriate records and audit trails for sustainability disclosures.
• Support stakeholder engagement, materiality assessments, sustainability workshops, training and employee awareness programmes across the Group.
• Keep abreast of sustainability regulations, reporting standards and ESG developments and undertake sustainability projects and other.

Job Qualification

Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting requirements, IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI Standards and greenhouse gas accounting.

Strong analytical and data management skills, with good attention to detail.

Good report-writing, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
