Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable or Environmental engineering or equivalent.
• REM certification and ISO 50001 EnMS.
• Experience as a sustainability engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical engineering knowledge.
• Understanding of low-carbon building solutions.
• Ability to write reports and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Identify feasible sustainable design concepts.
• Manage projects and monitor progress.
• Stay updated with the latest sustainability assessments.
• Use CAD tools to create models.
• Apply mapping tech to assist model creation.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support designs.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, building codes and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and compliance documentation.
• Be on-call during major crisis or breakdowns.
