Job summary

CJ Century Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Corporate Communication and Sustainability Manager to lead the company’s communications and sustainability strategies. You will enhance brand reputation, engage stakeholders, drive ESG data management, and oversee initiatives from CSR to reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a track record in branding, media relations, and risk-aware communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Corporate Communications, MarCom, Sustainability or related fields with leadership experience
• Proven track record in branding, reputation management, crisis communication and media relations
• Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability reporting frameworks, and ESG data management
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, PR, business, sustainability or related field
• Professional certification in Corporate Communications, Sustainability or ESG is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and execute the Company's communication and marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare and manage marketing materials, presentations, brochures, digital content, and client proposals
• Oversee internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and adherence to policies
• Plan corporate events, client engagement, exhibitions, and CSR initiatives to boost visibility
• Draft and update communication policies and brand guidelines for consistency
• Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, and client feedback to improve strategies
• Support ERM initiatives by integrating operational insights into communication practices
• Lead sustainability strategy development, ESG data management, performance monitoring, and reporting
• Oversee ESG data collation, analysis, and program improvements to support business objectives
• Coordinate with internal departments to embed sustainability initiatives across the organization
• Develop sustainability communication strategies and media engagement across platforms
• Lead preparation of annual sustainability report and related publications
• Monitor ESG trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and improvement
• Manage ESG stakeholder relationships and communications
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
