Job summary

ITS Testing Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced auditor to perform audits in line with ISO 19011, 17021, 17065 and AB requirements. The role emphasizes competence, teamwork and effective communication across audit cycles.

You will plan and execute audits, maintain records, and support post-audit activities while engaging with clients and teams to ensure timely, professional reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in palm oil sector or 7+ years in other relevant field or 5 years auditing experience in accredited management systems
• Diploma/Degree with IMS/RSPO/MSPO Certification (EMS/QMS/FSMS/RSPO/MSPO) required
• 5 years (post-secondary) or 3 years (tertiary) of relevant work experience in palm oil industry
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and under tight schedule
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed documentation and certificates demonstrating compliance with ISO 19011, 17021, 17065, INTERTEK and AB requirements
• Maintain competence and CPD records for each program
• Receive guidance from Lead Auditor and team leaders and implement feedback
• Sign confidentiality and ethics undertakings
• Carry out audit planning and pre-audit activities
• Receive and prepare audit assignments and plans
• Conduct opening and exit meetings
• Ensure audits are conducted professionally and orderly
• Assist Team Leader in client interface and team meetings and reporting
• Ensure audit reporting is completed on time
