Job summary

DKSH is launching a 12-month Management Associate Program in Malaysia for fresh graduates seeking a structured entry into Supply Chain Management. You will rotate across Warehousing, Transportation, Planning, Inventory and Logistics, gaining hands-on experience and working closely with SCM leadership.

You will build skills in data analytics, dashboards, and operational improvement while contributing to cost-reduction projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• CGPA 3.50 or Second Class Upper, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or <2 years of experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Warehousing, Transport, Planning, Inventory and Logistics to learn end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop data-driven insights and dashboards to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Contribute to projects targeting cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Perform admin and coordination tasks as required.
