Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with CGPA 3.50+ or Second Class Upper equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with <2 years of work experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills evidenced by ECAs or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across key supply chain functions to build end-to-end understanding of operations.
• Develop knowledge of distribution channels and optimization strategies.
• Contribute to cost reduction, operational excellence, and performance improvement projects.
• Generate data-driven insights and dashboards to support decision-making.
