• Fresh graduates or <2 years' experience.
• Strong leadership and active extracurriculars.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, V-lookup, Power BI, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to analyze data and present graphical insights.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Programme starts 1 October 2026; 1-year contract; absorption subject to performance.

DKSH Management Associate Program (MAP) gives entry level graduates an opportunity to launch their career in the exciting Market Expansion Services industry. We offer experiential learning opportunities, rotations across divisional functions, challenging projects and interactions with Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Performance Material Business Unit and Supply Chain leadership team. This program has a focus on supporting graduates to explore their full potential in the commercial scope focusing on Sales and Marketing.

The structured 12-month program will involve successful candidates rotating through pivotal functions within the chosen industry.

Do you have what it takes?

• CGPA: Minimum 3.50 and above or 2nd class upper equivalent.
• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Science/ Biotechnology / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business Administration / Economics / Commerce or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or talents with less than two years working experience.
• Strong leadership qualities and a varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (knowledge of other languages is an added advantage).
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Pivot Table, V-lookup, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate ability to analyze data and understand business implications. Able to produce graphical representations of analytical data for presentations.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.
• The program will be commencing on 1st October 2026 on one year contract. The candidate will be absorbed subject to performance / according to the headcount needed at the respective unit.
• Must be able to join on 1st October 2026.
• Supply Chain role must be willing to be based in Shah Alam (Hicom) or Klang (Sungai Jati).
• Other roles will be based in The Ascent, Kelana Jaya.
