Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific seeks a Senior Lifecycle Supply Planner for a 12-month contract in Penang to own end-to-end supply strategy for NPIs, transitions and obsolescence, reducing excess inventory and shortages.

You will lead NPI planning with Product Management, R&D and Procurement, develop phase-in/phase-out plans, and coordinate cutovers while applying analytics/AI tools to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning / Supply Chain Planning / Inventory Management.
• Proven experience with NPI, product transitions or cutover programs.
• Strong understanding of inventory, supply risks and material planning.
• Experience with SAP / Oracle / MRP / advanced planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/data modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning strategy for critical product launches, transitions and EOL phases.
• Analyze supply gaps, inventory health and cost implications and recommend mitigation plans.
• Lead NPI planning in collaboration with Product Management, R&D and Procurement.
• Develop and implement phase-in / phase-out planning strategies.
• Lead complex cutover and obsolescence activities to minimize material write-offs.
• Coordinate ECN implementation and product transitions with cross-functional teams.

Are you an experienced Supply Chain / Supply Planning professional with strong exposure to NPI, product transitions, cutover and obsolescence management?

We’re looking for a Senior Lifecycle Supply Planner to join our team on a 12-month contract in Penang.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply strategy across New Product Introductions (NPI), Cutover/Uprev activities and Obsolescence, while driving improvements to minimize excess inventory and prevent supply shortages.

• Lead supply planning strategy for critical product launches, transitions and EOL phases
