Job summary

HCLC (M) Sdn Bhd in Kota Damansara invites motivated interns for a role in Supply Chain/Logistics. You will conduct quality control checks on new items, track POs, and keep launch schedules up to date while supporting warehouse operations and documentation.

The internship spans at least 3 months. Applicants should be pursuing a Diploma or Degree, be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Available for internship of at least 3 months.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC checks on new items and prepare inspection reports.
• Track purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain and update product launch schedules and related records.
• Track logistics and delivery progress and update shipment records.
• Coordinate sample schedules for product photoshoots with the creative team.
• Support warehouse operations through documentation, stocktaking, and inventory record updates.
• Organize, file, and maintain administrative and operational documents.

Requirements

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Comfortable with hands-on work in a warehouse environment.

Interest in fashion or streetwear is a plus.

Able to work at our HQ in Kota Damansara.
