Job summary

Gateway Search Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations supporting global healthcare solutions. You will ensure material availability, regulatory compliance, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and efficient logistics to support production planning and customer delivery commitments.

The role involves direct material sourcing, coordination with suppliers, monitoring performance, inventory management, and compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct material source development and cost down.
• Procurement & Supplier Coordination - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery. Expedite urgent orders and resolve supply issues.
• Support supplier development and cost optimization initiatives.
• Inventory management - monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods.
• Logistics - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipping schedules and transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export requirements and hazardous material handling regulations where applicable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability, regulatory compliance, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and efficient logistics operations to support production planning , inventory management, supplier co-ordination and customer delivery commitments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage direct material source development and cost down
• Procurement & Supplier Coordination - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, production planning, logistics or inventory management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
